Tom Cassidy

Mr. Cassidy is the founder and president of American Seafood, a family owned and operated company he established in 1979. He has over 29 years of experience in further processing of seafood as well as in fine food marketing.
During his career, he has received numerous awards. He was named Associate Member of the Year by the American Culinary Federation of Greater Memphis in 1997 and 1999, and was named the Distinguished Associate Member of the Year by the Memphis Restaurant Association in 1998.
