American Seafood Company, Inc. is a distributor of seafood, meats, and specialty food items that has served the Mid-South region for the past 27 years. 
It specializes in processing and purveying fresh seafood from a global marketplace.

Located in Memphis ,Tennessee, Its service markets include restaurants, hotels, resorts, and grocery store chains, to name a few of its customers.

Choice Food Group invested in American Seafood in April 2008 which allowed Choice Food to expand its distribution into West Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. It employs 50 workers.

Food Operations
American Seafood ships thousands of pounds of fresh fish daily from its 28,000 sq. ft, climate controlled facility in Memphis.

It works diligently with inspectors to ensure its shipping, storage and receiving procedures are such that its customers receive only top quality products. American Seafood has its operations regularly inspected and certified by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration as well as the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and local health departments. At American Seafood, we scrub down three times daily to ensure impeccable sanitation conditions.
