Phillip Shmerling Prior to joining Choice Food Group, Mr. Shmerling spent three years as an investment banking analyst with Morgan Keegan, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the restaurant, retail, consumer products and hospitality industries, among others. Mr. Shmerling is responsible for the strategic growth of the company’s existing Nashville Cash and Carry location and for planning future openings through the identification of target sites and the management of the site acquisition process. In addition, Mr. Shmerling assists with the operational strategy of the Nashville Cash and Carry location. Mr. Shmerling has a bachelor’s of science degree in business with dual concentrations in accounting and finance from Indiana University. |

Michael Bull Mr. Bull offers over 17 years of retail management experience working for such “big box” retailers as Wal-Mart, Dollar General and Big Lots. Working for these big-box retailers would require Mr. Bull to move from store to store, city to city as their general manager. So, Nashville Cash & Carry was a refreshing change that allowed him to finally call Nashville home. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bull was training manager for Dollar General, training newly-hired store managers. He is a graduate of Henderson State University of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. |
