Choice Food of America specializes in customer food solutions for food service as well as retail products. The company produces and distributes products across the continental United States and North America to food service distributors and retail outlets, as well as franchised restaurant companies.

The company maintains two USDA-inspected manufacturing facilities: one produces canned products, including Vietti’s famous chilies, stews, pastas, condensed soups, hash, beans & franks, beans & rice and sauces. The other produces baking mixes, condiments, sauces and dressings as well as ingredients for other processors.

Choice Food of America distributes over 15 Vietti brands in the 48 contiguous states and Europe, including: Vietti, Varallo Famous Foods, Southgate, Ray’s Brand, Tony Packo’s, Kitchen Cooked, Chef Max, Texas Pete, Kelly’s, Vietti Family Style, Vietti Signature, Louisiana Brand, SunMeadow and Moonlite.

Nashville,Tenn.-based Choice Food Distributors, LLC is an independent wholesale broad line food service distributor, serving over 1,000 restaurants and institutions in Greater Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.

Choice Food Distributors was established in December 2005 with its foundatoin being the merger between the operations and management teams of two institutions, Nashville Egg, Inc. and Gibson Food Products, Inc. Together, these companies represent over 70 years of combined business experience in the food distribution industry to our business infrastructure.
